- Access scan history and investigation findings.
- Generate reports and export investigation evidence.

ShieldPort is intended for security research, malware analysis, incident response, digital forensics, and cybersecurity investigation purposes.
3. Eligibility

- Reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities in ShieldPort.
- Use automated systems that overload the Platform.
ShieldPort may investigate and take action against misuse, including account suspension or termination.
6. File Uploads and Analysis
When you upload a file:
- You retain ownership of the submitted content.
- You grant ShieldPort the rights necessary to process, analyze, store, and generate reports from the file.
- You acknowledge that uploaded files may be scanned by multiple detection engines and behavioral analysis systems.
ShieldPort does not claim ownership of uploaded files.
7. Anonymous Scans
Anonymous scans may be available without registration.
Anonymous users:
- May have limited access to historical results.
- Are not guaranteed permanent storage of scan data.
- May be subject to stricter upload limitations.
ShieldPort reserves the right to remove anonymous scan data at any time.
8. Scan Results and Threat Intelligence
Scan results, vendor verdicts, behavioral findings, risk scores, and intelligence indicators are provided for informational purposes only.
ShieldPort does not guarantee:
- Detection accuracy.
- Completeness of vendor verdicts.
- Identification of all malicious activity.
- Prevention of security incidents.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating investigation results before making security decisions.
9. Data Retention
ShieldPort may retain:
- Uploaded samples.
- Scan metadata.
- Generated reports.
- Investigation logs.
- Behavioral telemetry.
Retention periods may vary based on account type, operational requirements, and legal obligations.
We reserve the right to remove or archive data at our discretion.
10. Privacy and Security
ShieldPort implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Users acknowledge that:
- Internet transmissions may involve risks.
- Security incidents may occur despite reasonable safeguards.
- ShieldPort cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Intellectual Property
The ShieldPort platform, software, branding, logos, user interface, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of ShieldPort.
Users may not:
- Copy or redistribute proprietary platform components.
- Modify or create derivative works from the Service.
- Use ShieldPort trademarks without authorization.
12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service.

- Your use of the Platform.

- Security abuse is detected.

- Platform integrity is threatened.
Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.
